We are thrilled to have a partnership with the Once Upon a Child stores in the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky areas. When you have diapers or period supplies you’d like to donate, stop by one of their convenient locations to drop them off.

There are also several other drop-off locations listed on the map. Click on the pins for more information or you can search for a location near you by using the magnifying glass symbol in the top-left corner.

Large donations can be dropped off directly at our warehouse.

If you have a large donation, you can make an appointment to drop it off at our warehouse.

FAQ

Why should I donate diapers or period products?

Diapers and period products are everyday essentials, but they can be hard to afford when a household budget is already stretched. Public assistance programs such as SNAP and WIC do not cover these items, which means families are left to make tough choices between basics. When you donate diapers or period products, you help our neighbors stay healthy and happy.

What happens to the product once it’s donated?

After you donate, our team counts and sorts the items. Volunteers then prepare them for distribution by packing, labeling, and organizing products for partner agencies. Each month, our partner agencies place orders based on the families they serve and pick up from our warehouse. We distribute about 2.5 million products each year, so you can be confident that your donation moves quickly to a neighbor who needs it.

I have a large donation. What should I do?

Thank you! Large donations can be dropped off at our warehouse by appointment only. Please contact us to make an appointment.

Do you accept cloth diapers? Why don’t you distribute cloth diapers?

We do not accept or distribute cloth diapers. While cloth diapers can be a great option for some families, they can be difficult to use without consistent access to laundry facilities, detergent, and the time needed for washing and sanitizing. Additionally, many licensed childcare centers require disposable diapers, which means families need a steady supply to keep children in care and parents at work.

Can I donate other baby items: clothes, bottles, formula, etc.?

The Sweet Cheeks Diaper Bank distributes only diapers and period products but we are happy to accept your donations of other items for use in St. Vincent de Paul's other programs. Please drop these items off at one of our Thrift Store locations or at the Neyer Outreach Center
